Beaten only 0.8L in the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas when wide and working down the side of the track. Form coming out of that race has stood up well and drawn to park behind the leaders in barrier 2. The favourite Pungo is massively under the odds here.

Best Value Bet: Race 4 Number 6 Zennzella

She will need to make the jump from maiden grade to Group 2 level but won with plenty in hand at Pakenham and looks to have further improvement in store. Her dam was a multiple time black type winner in New Zealand and was acquired at the start of this preparation by the Maher and Eustace stable. James McDonald in the saddle is a big tick, I think she can run well here and head to the Oaks on Thursday.
